Emmppe asociates manufactures and presents panel cooler s[zapp cool] for cnc/nc machine panels. Mostly cnc/nc machine contorl panels make tangible amount of heat during operation. This heat factor deepems as electronic controls are made more compact, perform more functons placed in confirmed areas and are made airtight to protect them from outside contaminants. This result in over-heating and failutre of sensitive components, like ics, vlsis, thyristors, diodes, etc. The panel coolers remove heat from the panel by circulating cool air on continuous basis to give unchanging temperature for optimum performance of the cnc/nc machines. These coolers are closed loop in construction, which does not permit cool clean panel air to mix with the hot, humid and dirty outside air. They have inbuilt electronic temperature indicator-cum-cntrollers to maintain constant temperature adn digital display for easy visibility. The panel coolers are available in various capacities to suit different size panels.
